Welcome!

Welcome to Red Rocks Data Center's Air-Side Economizer Project Page.

Here we'll detail out our project regarding purchasing and installation of a cooling unit with a air-side economizer. What is an air-side economizer? It is a device that allows us to bring in cool mountain air to cool our servers which allows us to turn our CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioner) off. This not only makes us a lot more friendly on the environment, this also allows us to save some serious dough!
